GY Design Wholesale is for Licensed Boutique/Store Wholesalers. To maintain access and be in good standing at least one order must be placed every 90 days.

• Preorder minimum order is 5 pieces. Mix and match sizes and/or prints. If you cannot meet MOQ, please pm me for options. No exceptions, unless stated otherwise stated on the preorder post in our VIP facebook group.

• RTS currently has no MOQ

Retail Minimum $20 Leggings & $25 Joggers before shipping.

• In the event of a defective item, contact me (Angie) directly via FB messenger, WITHIN 3 DAYS of delivery.

*Color and placement may vary slightly from mock up. This is not a defect.*

Preorders close on the date listed CST. Unless otherwise noted. They will be removed from the site the following day by 11:59 am cst the following day unless otherwise posted in the VIP group.  Orders can be placed up until the listings are removed from the website.  Once the listings have been removed from the website no additional orders will be accepted.

Prints are not to be shared outside of this site or Facebook until a Preorder is opened.

The designs shared are my physical and intellectual property if they have not been watermarked with the GY Logo please watermark with your own logo.

Any attempt to replicate, procure directly, or misrepresent a design as your own will not be tolerated and will result in the removal and blocking of access.

• Please allow at least 6- 8 weeks for orders to arrive after they close. Each preorder will have an estimated arrival time, keep this in mind when sharing with your customers. If production takes longer then expected I will update everyone.

• Items will be shipped within 3 Business Days ( peak holiday times may delay slightly)

Drop Shipping

• We believe in TRUE blind shipping. Our business information is not included inside or on packaging aside in any way.  The Return Address is listened as “Fulfillment Center”

• Buyers pay shipping. In the event the site undercharges, you'll be responsible to cover additional charges. If the site overcharges you, Refunds will be sent if over $2.
• PayPal, Venmo, Facebook Pay are all accepted for payments required outside of PayPal for extra shipping.
